Quality Time with GrandmaMarilyns
Last night, I spent some quality time with my GrandmaMarilyns shop. I changed payment methods to include Google Checkout and Money Orders, went through all policies and appearances and reworded some of them, and listed/re-listed 5 items.
I now take Google Check out for those of you that would prefer to use it. Just click Other as method of payment and let me know in the Notes to Sellers that you would like an invoice to pay by Google Checkout.
I will also accept money orders (preferably Postal) for payment. There are some special rules to follow if you want to use money orders so PLEASE go to Policies to see all the steps that need to be followed. I don’t want any dissatisfied customers due to misunderstandings.
When I looked at my list of items that were about to expire, I noticed that the Diamonds and Triangles Cuff my daughter and I designed and I beaded needed to be renewed. It doesn’t seem that long ago that we designed/beaded this cuff. How time flies.
The next two items that I re-listed were a ruby and black Swarovski bracelet and earrings. These has been sold previously and are now listed as MADE TO ORDER. I have some conversations in our Etsy Beadweavers Team group by MaryLou to thank for explaining how to go about doing this to help my shop.
The next item was my ruby and black Swarovski Necklace. It wasn’t time to re-list this item but I wanted all 4 pieces to the set to be together so went ahead and re-listed it early.
The final piece to the set is a lovely Gothic looking Pendant also in ruby and black to go with the necklace. I had been trying to find the perfect chain to go with this pendant and never once thought about the lovely necklace that I had already created. Last night, the light bulb finally went on and I got the two pieces and they went together perfectly. I still need to get a picture of them together.
I have placed a DISCOUNTS comment in announcements at the top of my GrandmaMarilyns shop that if the buyer buys 2 items, I will give a 10% discount. If they buy 3 items, I will give a 15% discount. And, If the buyer buys 4 or more pieces, I will give a 20% discount.
